PAYMENT

All transactions are processed in euros (EUR). The final conversion rate is determined by your credit/debit card provider and may differ from publicly listed exchange rates.



SHIPPING

You may be charged custom duties and taxes when purchasing products online. Our prices do not include duties, taxes, or import fees.

Ready-to-wear items are shipped within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order, custom, and pre-order items are shipped according to the timeframe specified in the product description (typically up to 7 working weeks, or up to 28 weeks for items marked as PRE-ORDER / IN PRODUCTION).

If your order contains both ready-to-wear and made-to-order items, the shipment will dispatch once all items are completed.

All orders are shipped from the Czech Republic unless stated otherwise. A tracking number will be provided once the package is dispatched.

DAVID ZACEK is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors; customs duties or brokerage fees; lost, stolen, or undelivered packages; incorrect addresses supplied at checkout. If a package is returned or detained due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee plus a 20% processing fee will be charged.

RETURNS

Pre-order, made-to-order, and sale items are not returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns from outside the EU will have customs fees deducted from the refund, as we are required to pay import charges for returned goods. For orders 300 EUR and above, refunds will be issued as 50% monetary refund and 50% store credit.

Eligibility for Refund:

– Items must be in original, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.

– Items must be shipped back within 14 days from delivery.

– The return must include the order number, original packaging, and all accessories/additions.

– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

REFUNDS FOR FAULTY ITEMS

Refunds for defective or damaged items are available for EU customers only. To request a refund, send photos of the item and your order number to info@davidzacek.cz within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

For customers outside the EU, all sales are final.

If a refund is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned within 14 days in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Missing or damaged components invalidate the return. Only the cost of the item will be refunded; shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds may take up to 14 business days after the returned goods are received.

If a refund is not approved but the item has minor non-functional imperfections, store credit may be issued. Exchanges are not available for custom, pre-order, or non-standard production items.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

All DAVID ZACEK garments are crafted individually. For made-to-order items, the selected size is considered the customer’s measurement specification according to the size chart in the product description.

Items subjected to garment dyeing or hand-finishing processes may display slight color variations, marks, or irregularities. These are intentional characteristics, making each piece unique.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Orders may be modified within 1 hour of placement for made-to-order items only. The only editable detail is the size. Orders containing ready-to-ship items cannot be modified once placed.

SIZING

Measurements listed in size charts may vary by 5–8% after finishing processes.

CANCELLATIONS AND DISPUTES

Once an order is placed, it is final unless it meets the approved return criteria above.

If a cancellation or return is exceptionally approved, or if a customer reclaims an order after losing a payment dispute, a 50% processing fee will be charged, plus shipping if already dispatched.

If a dispute through PayPal, credit card issuer, or other provider is resolved against the customer, DAVID ZACEK is not obligated to cancel or refund the related orders.

All cancellations and returns must be requested in writing. Items returned without approval will be held for 3 business days. To have the item shipped back, the customer must pay a 50% processing fee plus shipping. If unpaid within 5 business days, the item becomes property of DAVID ZACEK and may be resold.

PRIVACY

Customer information is used only for order processing and optional promotional communication. We do not share data with third parties.
